We know that sending a member of your family to college is a big step for the whole family. Below are several great opportunities for you to engage at the beginning of your student's Baylor story.
Attend Welcome Weekend on Friday, January 17, 2025
We are excited to welcome family and guests to participate in Welcome Weekend Friday afternoon through dinner. All remaining activities following dinner on Friday as well as Saturday, and Sunday are just for new students.
Friday's sessions will provide an opportunity to hear from university leaders, learn more about your student's academic school/college, learn about Baylor resources, enjoy a dinner, and more!

Complete Foundations Online Modules for Parents & Guests
You have the opportunity to complete a set of online modules called Foundations, which provides essential content designed to lay the groundwork for the start of the Baylor experience. While our new students have their own version of Foundations, we do provide the opportunity for parents and guests to complete a Foundations experience of their own.
After creating a Guest Account, you can log in to Foundations and complete the modules at your own pace. Pause and resume as often as you need. You can also return to Foundations at any point using your account credentials to revisit any content you've already completed.
Parents and Guests will be able to access Foundations beginning November 2024.
