First Team
First Team is our front line in greeting and serving new students and their families, whether in person, by phone or by email.
Hospitality Crew
Hospitality Crew is a team of individuals who come alongside and work behind the scenes during Orientation and Baylor Line Camp to assist with logistics of the programs.
O+BLC Leader
Orientation and Baylor Line Camp Leaders play a crucial role in welcoming new students into the Baylor Family by serving, encouraging, and building relationships with new students and guests throughout the summer.
Student Leadership Team
This unique leadership opportunity offers students the space to craft, imagine, plan, implement, and invest behind the scenes in Orientation & Baylor Line Camp.
Tradition Leader
Tradition Leaders provide programmatic and logistical support, as well as guidance and encouragement to Welcome Week Leaders.
Welcome Week Leader
Leaders encourage and support students in their transition to Baylor by modeling healthy relationships, offering wisdom from their own stories, and journeying alongside new Bears as they experience the excitement of Welcome Week.
Welcome Weekend Leader
Leaders provide logistical support and also guide a small group of new students through various elements of the Welcome Weekend program.
