Be part of the Welcome Week team that helps shape the official beginning of each student's experience as a Baylor Bear! Tradition Leaders provide programmatic and logistical support, as well as guidance and encouragement to Welcome Week Leaders. This role is best suited for students who have previously served as a Welcome Week Leader or in another leadership role.

Any undergraduate student who will graduate in December 2026 or later and who has served in a leadership position with NSP in the past.
The tradition leader application is due on February 16th at midnight.

As part of your application process, you will participate in a 20-25 minute in-person interview with NSP. We invite you to prepare a 6-8 minute presentation that highlights and authentically expresses your desire to serve with NSP during Welcome Week. The format of your presentation is completely up to you!

Recognizing that we often learn more about ourselves and the world around us through experiencing a significant experience, like being a Welcome Week Leader, please share with us what you learned about yourself in your previous experience(s) with NSP (how that shaped you, challenges you faced, joys you experienced, etc).
