Academic Advising

All new students are supported by an academic advisor in selecting and registering for classes.

Your advising area is determined by your academic school or college and your anticipated major. Students who are exploring majors (not yet declared) are advised by the office of Major Exploration and Success Advising.

The academic advising process is separate from the in-person Welcome Weekend experience, and advising appointments will take place virtually. 

You will need to complete the Foundations online modules prior to your academic advising appointment.

You will receive an email to your Baylor email account from your advising area with additional information about signing up for your appointment.
