Welcome Weekend Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please review the information below regarding the Welcome Weekend cancellation deadline and refund process.
Students may return to their New Student Task List to cancel their registration up until the deadline listed below. After this date, any changes must be made by contacting New Student Programs directly.
- Cancellations received before the deadline are eligible for a full refund of the reservation fee. To request a refund, please email nsp@baylor.edu.
- Cancellations received after the deadline are not eligible for a refund. However, you will still receive your Baylor Line Jersey when you arrive on campus in the spring.
