Cancellation & Refund Policy for Baylor Line Camp
Changing or Cancelling Your Current Session
Please note that sessions of Orientation and Baylor Line Camp have limited remaining availability. If you are already registered for a session, we strongly encourage you to remain in your current session if at all possible. Space in another session cannot be guaranteed.
Students can return to their New Student Task List to edit their session registration until approximately 10 days before their scheduled session. Please see the dates below for specific times by session. After that time, you will need to contact New Student Programs to make any changes to your registration.
If you need to explore other possible session options after your registration has closed, please contact the New Student Programs team at 254-710-7240 before cancelling your current session.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Baylor Line Camp
In order to provide opportunity for as many students as possible to attend Baylor Line Camp, we ask that you notify us at your earliest convenience if you are no longer able to attend your confirmed session.
Baylor Line Camp Cancellations and Refund Requests should be sent via email to baylorlinecamp@baylor.edu. If you have a reservation for an Orientation + Baylor Line Combined Session, both the Baylor Line Camp and Orientation will be cancelled.
For cancellations that are received PRIOR to the deadlines below, you will receive a full refund of the reservation fee. For cancellations received AFTER the deadlines below, you will not receive a refund but will receive your Baylor Line Jersey after you arrive on campus in the fall.

Cancellation deadline for refund is May 22, 2026, 12:00pm CT for the following sessions:
Session 1 - Monday, June 8 - Friday, June 12
Session 2 - Tuesday, June 9 - Saturday, June 13
Cancellation deadline for refund is June 5, 2026, 12:00pm CT for the following sessions:
Session 3 - Monday, June 22 - Friday, June 26
Session 4 - Tuesday, June 23 - Saturday, June 27
Cancellation deadline for refund is June 19, 2026, 12:00pm CT for the following session:
Session 5 - Monday, July 6 - Friday, July 10
Session 6 - Tuesday, July 7 - Saturday, July 11
Cancellation deadline for refund is June 26, 2026, 12:00pm CT for the following sessions:
Session 7 - Monday, July 13 - Friday, July 17
Session 8 - Tuesday, July 14 - Saturday, July 18
Cancellation deadline for refund is July 3, 2026, 12:00pm CT for the following sessions:
Session 9 - Monday, July 20 - Friday, July 24
Session 10 - Tuesday, July 21 - Saturday, July 25
Cancellation deadline for refund is July 10, 2026, 12:00pm CT for the following sessions:
