Foundations is a set of online modules that lays essential groundwork for your Baylor journey, helping you make a strong start to your first year.
The content covers a broad range of topics, from academics to involvement, and technology to financial matters. You can pause at any time and jump back in where you left off. Plan to spend about 1-2 hours completing Foundations.
You will need to complete the full Foundations experience before your academic advising appointment. It is strongly recommended that you complete Foundations prior to signing up for your advising appointment.
At the end of Foundations, you will be directed to content from your school’s or college’s academic advising area. There you will learn more about steps in your advising process, including signing up and preparing for your academic advising appointment.
Students, you will use your Bear ID and password to log into Foundations. If you experience any issues accessing the modules, close and restart your browser and log in again.
Students will be able to access Foundations beginning November 2024 in their New Student Task List.
